Create practice tests at a chapter-level using tests feature

In a class of ~40 students, it’s difficult for teachers to know how much an individual student understands. So, we at Erudex made it easy for teachers to conduct practice tests & measure the learning outcomes of students. Here’s how you can use our question bank of over 3,00,000 Q&As to conduct tests:
Create tests to conduct practice tests
What’s covered in the above video:
- Log into your Erudex account using the login credentials provided to you
- Open Tests feature from the left side menu
- Select the desired subject in which the Test is to be created
- Click Create icon from the top right corner
- Give your test a name, number of questions to be selected, marks per question
- Set the duration i.e., start date and end date
- Select the total no. of sections to which this test is to be published
- Select all the desired chapters from which the test is to be created
Once the above step is done, click on Auto-select Questions on the bottom part of the screen
Upon completion of the above steps, the selected number of questions will be auto-selected from Erudex Data Bank and displayed to the user
Verify the questions that are auto-selected and click on Publish from the bottom right side of the screen
A pop-up notification will be displayed once the test is successfully published to the students.
Note:
The test will be available to students only at the time that is selected in Start Date
Any submissions by students after the Due Date will be marked as Late Submission
Tests are auto-corrected, and the teacher can view the reports.
Some key-points to remember:
- After auto/manual selection of questions, any question can be deleted, and the tool will automatically replace the void questions
- If any question has a solution available, then View Solution will be displayed under the selected question
- Each selected question will have meta-data associated with it, i.e., chapter name, level of the question, and the type of the question.
Creation can be done in the mobile app, desktop/laptop browsers for your login.
